My work is all about helping folks find their power. It’s about a return to your innate wisdom and strength. About accepting and loving yourself as you are. About giving less power to the narratives and societal beliefs that don’t fit you. I practice therapy from a relational, intersectional feminist, anti-racist approach. I am sex-positive, kink-positive, and sex worker-allied. I am LGBTQ+-allied.
My goal is to help you face whatever challenges you’re encountering with the knowledge, strength, self-compassion, and integrity you need to successfully navigate every situation.
