Maryam Sajed

Hello! I am a multi-ethnic queer human with access to wealth and class privilege. I have been trained as a social worker and have deep training in IFS and body-based trauma modalities. I have openings to work with folks specifically with access to intergenerational wealth/high net-worth folks/folks with class privilege who are hoping to have less tension in their relationships to money, who struggle with grasping, hoarding or a sense of safety around letting go, who are interested in accessing a greater sense of ease, choice and freedom in moving money, sharing, and/or redistributing. I work somatically with the body in a gentle way that invites the expansion of a window of tolerance around letting go, sharing, releasing, giving, relating, loving. My greatest resources in this work are my mentors on the ground, and my family in Pakistan who just know how to take care of one another right here, right now. While I have been trained as a psychotherapist, I come at all of my work as a peer in relationship.
