Hello, my name is Maria. I am 31 year-old, white, cisgender, middle class, able-bodied, woman raised catholic. I am also a twin, sister to 5 brothers, aunt, and spouse. I provide online bilingual (english/spanish) mental health therapy to individuals located in Maryland and Washington, DC. I offer a space to heal from the harms of white supremacy, anti-Black racism, and systemic oppression. I work hard to be aware of my limitations and strive to offer support that is culturally-responsive, empathetic, liberation-focused, and trauma-informed.
