Mikella Millen

I offer a variety of energy, trance, and somatic modalities to support trauma healing for the mind, body, and spirit. Informed by over 10 years of working as a trauma-focused Art Therapist, I approach this work through integrating the personal, psychological, spiritual and collective aspects of working with your energetic body and consciousness. I am rooted in an earth-honoring perspective of collaborative energy work, oriented towards improving overall awareness and connection.
