I love to work with both individuals and couples. In exploring how we thrive and heal and hurt, I attend to the effects of the systems of oppression (the emptiness and harm of these systems) as they effect wellbeing. In exploring what moves us to connect to our soul’s wounding and thriving, I also have an interest in animist and ancestral psychology. This involves exploring intergenerational support in all forms. I include somatic practices from the generative somatics lineage.
